“Booked a 1hr tour for myself and my three teenage children and requested a pick up and drop off at our accommodation, which was agreed for an additional fee. Drivers arrived 15 mins early and then told me part way through the tour that we wouldn’t be returned back to our accommodation. Drivers English was difficult to understand and music was too loud to hear any instructions or commentary. Driving was erratic and we didn’t feel safe. After only 40mins we were told our tour was finished and (despite being grateful for that) we were left on side of the road almost 4km from our accommodation. I was then charged…”
