We were told of local family trade of lemon gardening before a quick tuktuk ride through the old city hills to the cheese farm. There, the staff were like old friends sharing their knowledge (and samples) of extra vigirn olive oil, all 10 flavors! The backdrop was a scenic view of the Gulf of Naples. We contiuned inside to watch cheese get mafe before our eyes in real time... and learn about and enjoy the different varieties. Afterwards, we had an easy tuktuk return back to the main village…”
