“Jan was nice but unfortunately her English level was so poor that she could not understand any of our questions let alone provide some history or explanations. The tour included walking through the old quarter which one can do without a guide, a dinner which was one choice and which is better on your own, and a boat ride. I think one can also organise the boat ride on your own. The tour was advertised as four hours but she finished after two hours. We paid a horrendous high price if 76 CHF for two persons”
